27396 - B139 Demolition

The scope of demolition and removal works includes all high-level ductwork connections to main building, foundations / plinths, all MEP Plant, autoclave plinth walls, all below ground drainage pipework etc. Removal of oversite concrete, above ground drainage pipework, access staircases, pathways, fences, posts, gates and bases. Isolation and disconnection, removal and backfilling of all below ground drainage services to B139 all as detailed on the tender drawings included with the tender pack.
