Primary care medical provision for the registered population of The Limes Surgery

The purpose of this Notice is to notify the market of the award of a short-term contract to Zenith Medcare to provide primary medical care services to the registered population of The Limes Surgery in Hoddeston, East and North Hertfordshire. The service is being delivered under an Alternative Provider Medical Services (APMS) Contract and is due to expire on 31st January 2023.
