Provision of Kennelling of Stray Dogs

Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council (the Council) is looking to procure a contract with a provider for the provision of kennelling for stray dogs, licensed under the Animal Boarding Establishments Act 1963, Animal Welfare (Licencing of Activities involving Animals) (England) Regulations 2018, as part of its statutory duties under the above legislation.
