Lea Bridge Station Sites - Developer Partner

The London Borough of Waltham Forest is seeking a developer partner, in relation to three sites adjacent to Lea Bridge Station in order to facilitate the delivery of high-quality, residential-led mixed-use development and public realm. The Council's aspiration is to create a new local centre at Lea Bridge within a revived business quarter forming a new 'gateway' to the Borough.
