Riverside Housing Repairs, Voids, Planned and other associated Works (Wholly Owned Subsidary)

A TPC2005 Term Partnering Contract with a single contractor to deliver a programme of Responsive Repairs, Void Works, Planned Works and a range of other services which may be added to the contract during its term at the sole discretion of the contracting authority.
