The Ashchurch area - east of Tewkesbury beyond the M5 - has been highlighted within the Gloucester, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury Joint Core Strategy (JCS) which defines the development in the three Council's boroughs up to 2031, as having the potential to deliver a substantial amount of homes and employment land to meet Tewkesbury's need.
