Provision of cleaning services (including window cleaning) for the councils social housing estate - communal areas only. The work consists of scheduled weekly, fortnightly and quarterly communal area and defined cleaning of 15 sheltered housing schemes, 3 extra care schemes, 71 general needs housing schemes and 7 temporary accommodation schemes owned by Winchester City Council.
