A consultant is required to prepare a report on the testing of options for how bus services could be routed in the northern part of Southampton city centre based on the proposal for the operation of Above Bar Street at Guildhall Square. Through assessing the impact on bus operations of restricting access to Above Bar Street, this will enable the Council to consider whether to proceed with any changes in consultation with the bus operators.
