Seymour Leisure Centre - Main Contractor 2 Stage Design & Construct - PCSA Contract

Westminster City Council award of contract for the appointment of a Main Contractor to refurbish Seymour Leisure Centre. The Main Contractor will work collaboratively with Westminster City Council. The first stage will comprise a collaborative Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA), the second stage will be the award of a main construction contract.
