East Sussex County Council (ESCC) is issuing this Invitation to Tender as a Further Competition under Lot 3 - Financial Wellbeing Schemes of ESPO's Staff Benefits Framework (reference 319_19) to complement the existing wellbeing and benefits offer to employees.
