Leisure App Replacement

Leisure requires a mobile application to replace the current Thrive app. The current offer (Thrive App) is limited and doesn't provide a good enough experience. The app is currently supported by DCC and needs a substantial upgrade to the back-end systems to maintain functionality. This upgrade will have a considerable cost and resource impact.
