Newham Tenants and Leaseholders' Surveys

The London Borough of Newham (LBN) would like to commission a research provider to undertake its 2015 Tenants and Leaseholders’ Surveys. The purpose of the surveys is to assess attitudes towards Newham and its managing agents as landlords, as well as to measure overall satisfaction with the services provided.
