Occupational health and employee assistance services for Norwich City Council employees

Norwich City Council is looking for a single service provider or a service provider working in conjunction with another to provide occupational health and employee assistance services to council employees and councillors (employee assistance extending to their partners / family member who share the same household). The council's current headcount is approx. 670 employees and 39 councillors. The contract term will be 3 yrs. with an option to extend for up to a further 2yrs.
