Winchester City Council and Test Valley Borough Council are seeking to enter into new Microsoft Enterprise agreements from 1st March 2022. The councils want a manageable volume licensing program that gives them the flexibility to buy cloud services and software licences under one agreement in response to the changing technology landscape.
