The contract is for an intelligent recruitment tool which allows the DWP to manage multiple job boards quickly and simply and track candidates, providing a rich source of data to inform future candidate sourcing requirements. The Management Information available allows DWP to see which platforms are working and are cost effective. It saves a significant amount of time managing every vacancy in every location - posting once rather than multiple times and editing multiple adverts at once.
