Restoration & Development of Blakey Moor Terrace (Blackburn) and rear Landscaping

Blakey Moor Terrace was identified as the Priority Project with the Townscape Heritage Project approved and funded by Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council in partnership with the National Heritage Lottery Fund in 2016. Works to include the demolition, refurbishment and alteration of the existing 11-27 Blakey moor terrace. The works include alterations to the external areas to the rear of the property, new services connections, amendments to drainage and landscaping works
