Home Care Scheduling and Monitoring System

The HART service aims to provide services which are centred on the service user, focusing on the outcomes important to the individual and ensuring that they are able to exercise choice in all aspects of daily living. Support is specifically tailored to meet the needs of the individual, focussing on each individual's strengths and abilities, with a strong philosophy of people setting their own goals.
