Cleaning Services to Communal Areas in Sheltered Accommodation owned by North Kesteven District Council

The contract comprises the cleaning of communal area s including but not limited to entrance porches, walls, floors, landings, stair wells, common rooms and kitchenettes along with window cleaning in communal areas of sheltered accommodation at locations within the boundaries of North Kesteven District Council.
