22 102 Digital Cheshire Summative Assessment

Cheshire East Council wishes to appoint a contractor to evaluate the effectiveness of the Digital Cheshire ERDF project through an ERDF Summative Assessment. A conditional project requirement of the grant recipient is to undertake a summative assessment.
