Roofing and associated items at HA7 and HA8 2024-25

The purpose of the project is to renew pitch roofs to 31 street properties across London Borough of Harrow. The pitch roof coverings and their associated rainwater goods have reached the end of their service life and are no longer economical to repair. These in their current condition require renewal to make them weatherproof and prevent water ingress and damage to properties below.
