Accredited Provider List for CHC Nursing Homes

Why: Birmingham Cross City and Birmingham South Central CCG’s are putting in place an Approved Provider List. This List will enable the CCGs to ensure that all homes with whom the CHC team place a CHC patient is on an NHS standard contract.
