Dry Recycling Contract

Hartlepool Borough Council (HBC) requires a new dry recycling contract with a suitable organisation for the sorting, processing and sale to end markets of its dry recycling material resources. This contract must continue to support our existing fully co-mingled at the point of kerbside collection strategy.
