Review of young people's specialist substance misuse services

PHE supports the development of a life course approach to substance misuse prevention. In order to facilitate this, a review is required to provide guidance to local authorities specifically about commissioning responses for young people who have developed sufficiently serious problems with drugs or alcohol that they require specialist substance misuse interventions.
