Procurement of a Community Vasectomy Service (CVS) under an Any Qualified Provider (AQP) approach. The Commissioner is NHS Hastings and Rother as Lead Commissioner, NHS High Weald Lewes Havens CCG and NHS Eastbourne Hailsham Seaford as Associate Commissioners.
