App Developer for West Midlands Green Light Optimal Speed Advisory Project (WM GLOSA)

This opportunity is for the development of a mobile phone app that provides speed advice to drivers approaching traffic signals to help to avoid them having to stop. The app will also collect monitoring data to determine success.
