Provision of Housing Concierge Services

Thurrock Council is seeking a contractor for the provision of housing concierge services at two main locations within the Borough, comprising Chadwell St Mary High Rise tenanted blocks in Godman Road, Chadwell St Mary and two extra care facilities located at Piggs Corner Sheltered Housing Scheme, Southend Road, Grays.
