BM.23.039 SWEC Programme: East Road Building - Base Build

The works at East Road within the British Museum estate comprise construction of a new building as part of the Museum's overall South South-West Energy Centre (SWEC) Programme. The basement, ground and first floor building will provide accommodation for mechanical, electrical and fire systems plant, plus carpentry, electrical, locksmith workshop/maintenance facilities.
