You are invited by the University of Hull (hereafter referred to as the University) to submit a proposal to replace boilers and ancillary equipment with a more fuel efficient and lower operating cost system in each building . The contract will be let in three lots and the University seeks a contractor who will provide the most economically advantageous solution for each lot.
