Hazardous Waste

Bristol Waste Company has a statutory duty to provide facilities for the public to deposit household waste free of charge. This includes a householders' own Hazardous Waste. Bristol Waste Company also has a statutory duty to collect flytip material which may on occasion contain Contract Waste. Bristol Waste Company is obliged to dispose of such waste.
