FEW1059 - Decarbonisation Scheme - Salix Programme 4

A programme of works was developed to deliver the full project. This took completion dates beyond the Salix funding cut-off date of March 2022. Ways where explored to reduce this and target completions for March 2021. The activities on the programme which would have the most impact in reducing the time scales were identified as a) the tendering and b) the contractor design periods.
