Improvements to the functionality of SDNPA's volunteer management system

FORTHCOMING OPPORTUNITY: Estimated procurement start date 9 October 2023. A supplier will be sought to improving the functionality of our volunteer management system (Better Impact), in order to allow us to support existing volunteers more efficiently and effectively.
