Provision of In-house medical cover for Community Hospitals

County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a supplier to provide GP Services to the following Community Hospitals: Sedgefield Community Hospital, Richardson Community Hospital and Weardale Community Hospital.
