PCI_B8_143 Botley Bypass Phase 3 Otter Mitigation Licence

A call-off from Lot B8 of the Place, Connectivity & Infrastructure Professional Services Framework 2022-2026 (Published 4 March 2022). An Otter holt has been identified within an area which would be subject to disturbance impacts as a result of the construction of Phase 3 of the Botley Bypass Scheme.
