Birmingham & Solihull Youth Promise Plus (YPP) is a Greater Birmingham and Solihull Local Enterprise Partnership (GBSLEP) endorsed initiative funded through the European Commission ESIF 2014+ European Social Fund (ESF) and “Youth Employment Initiative” (YEI) arrangements.
