Blue Badge Independent Mobility Assessments 2023-2027

In 2019 the DfT amended the legislation which underpins the Blue Badge scheme widening the scope from physical disability to both physical and non-physical disabilities. The changes were supported with updated non statutory guidance for local authorities in England.
