Health Improvement Service

Wigan Council commissions a number of health improvement services that work with the individual to identify their own aspirations and goals through a holistic person centred approach. The providers of health improvement services will ensure that the individual accesses the most appropriate expertise as required by utilising a flexible multidisciplinary approach across services.
