13288 - Demolition and associated works of Pershore Street Multi-storey Car Park - Moat Lane and Manor House, Moat Lane - AWARD

The Council wishes to establish a Contract for the demolition of a former office block and car parks in Digbeth Birmingham. The former two large multi-story car parks and Council office building form part of the Smithfield development site and this land has been earmarked for re-development, therefore identifies the need for safe demolition and site clearance.
