The provision of Electronic Signing Software

The West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) is looking to appoint a supplier to provide a solution for legally capturing electronic signatures on its contracts, letters and for other requirements. Bidders are asked to complete a pricing form based on providing costs for 0-10, 11-20, 21-30, 31-40, 41-50 and 50+ licences per annum for completion of different types of documents.
