English Language Tests for London Licensed Private Hire Drivers - Speaking and Listening

Provision of a web-based English language speaking and listening assessment test. The test will provide a robust and consistent way to assess that private hire drivers applicants meet the English language standard at level B1 on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) or above.
