Lancashire and South Cumbria Maternity and Newborn Alliance are committed to becoming trauma informed. There is currently a huge appetite for a cultural shift within the Local Maternity System (LMS) from all members to take a more trauma informed approach to our work, and a real motivation to change current service delivery so that we provide an enhanced offer to our families.
