SBC1220 Tenant Contents Insurance

Stevenage Borough Council are currently seeking tenders for the provision of a Tenants Contents Insurance Scheme. The Scheme is to be administered entirely by the Provider. The Council has approximately 8000 Housing Stock and 1390 Leasehold Properties with 598 "live" contents insurance policies in place at the time of writing.
