Framework Contract for Mulching of Felled sites

The Forestry Commission has awarded a contract for the mulching of all vegetation, stumps, brash, tops, offcuts and windblown trees on previously felled area. Stumps do not need to be fully removed but mulched to ground level to allow forest tractors a safe operating surface. All material on site to be mulched down to a medium tilth.
