Internal Refurbishment Works-Kitchens and Bathroom

Rykneld Homes Ltd (RHL) is seeking to appoint a contractor to provide a range of internal capital refurbishment and electrical upgrades to occupied properties in North East Derbyshire. These works will include kitchens, bathrooms, wet rooms and shower over baths. We are also asking that whole house re-wires are priced and will be called off on an ad-hoc basis as we expect no more than 5 re-wires a year.
