A511 Full Business Case Support ( 3360.168 Lot 3)

This assessment will allow the project team to evaluate our VfM and ultimately our likely success of securing Full Business Case approval from the DfT. My doing this work early, it would also allow value engineering works to take place at the earliest opportunity to hopefully improve the BCR, if required. This work needs to commence now ahead of the Summer Holiday period to allow suitable survey data to be collected.
