Drivers of international migration of doctors to and from the United Kingdom

The aim of the research is to use available evidence to a) understand the flow of doctors to and from the UK; and b) describe the migration push and pull factors. The research should explore the complex range of factors driving international migration of doctors, comparing the situation in the UK with other high-income countries.
