RDE 439 - Methodology for developing catchment scale water supply-demand

The objective of this contract is to take the conceptual approach (see attachment) and develop it further so that a standard, and replicable methodology for supply-demand balance assessments for agriculture can be undertaken at a catchment level so that any residual deficits can feed into Regional Water Resources Plans.
