Springfield Park Restoration Project - Design Team Appointment

The London Borough of Hackney wishes to appoint a Design Team to develop the design (which is currently at RIBA Work Stage 1) and manage the delivery of the physical improvements to Springfield Park through to RIBA Work Stage 7.
