Market Event - Recommissioning intermediate care and reablement services in Medway

Medway Council and NHS Kent and Medway Integrated Care Board are beginning the process to re-procure intermediate care and reablement services for adults in Medway. Over the coming weeks we plan to reach specific groups and involve them as far as possible to inform the future of these services.
