PSEUDO-DPS FOR THE SUBCONTRACTING OF ESFA FUNDED TRAINING PROVISION

The Council is undertaking a pseudo-Dynamic Purchasing System (pseudo-DPS) to establish a list of approved training subcontractors which shall be funded using the Council's allocated ESFA funding ("the List").
