Professional Advice to Support Implementation of new finance and procurement system

Since its introduction in 2008, SCC has been using Oracle Enterprise One (OEO) as its finance, accounting and procurement system. Due to its complexity OEO requires support from a specialist provider and this therefore currently sits outside the Councils Capita (outsourced managed service provider) contract.
